I used to live in Atlanta for a few years, so I have a lot of friends in Georgia and they are in complete meltdown mode. They can't believe their beloved "great guy" coach got fired.

Wake up people!! This ain't a "great guy" contest. The NCAA is a business. I don't care how nice you are, if you're not living up to expectations then you gotta go.

Like at anyone's job, doesn't matter how well liked you are, if you don't produce then you're gone. Plain and simple.

Richt could never win any big games. While the winning percentages are similar at least Miles recruits better and has won several big games in the past. I don't think you can really compare the two. And just for the record I wanted Herman as well. I also think they should have fired Richt years ago.

Les will make changes, but he'll still run the ball. Seemed to work for Bama yestetday just running that big mule of a running back. what was it? 45 or 46 rushes -conservative saban?

Yep. Trying to grind out a win vs a rival. Saban and Kiffin does do balance alot and Saban adjust to the talent he has.

Miles just stays with the same mindset in each and every game regardless of the opponents strength or weakness

It works...until it doesn't. Then you have to try something else. That's the issue.

LSU and its fan base need to stop living in the past. Since '11 Miles is 36-14 overall, 20-12 in SEC play, 1-2 in bowls, with appearances in the Chik, Outback, and Music City. Gotta love success I guess.

so you actually believe LSU sophmoreis on the same level as the senior coker at bama?

besides, we all know Saban is god-like, and everything is done with german engineering-like precision.

Yet Saban and Kiffin have Coker able to throw the ball enough to open up Henry and their run game, as well as an Oline that has the ability to open holes on anyone.
