Bama is in constant discussion for the play offs, and NC appearances... LSU is a regular in mid tier bowls. The difference between the two programs is Bama "struggles" a lot less then LSu, and is always given the benefit of the doubt that Saban will right the ship, there's no vote of confidence in Miles, it's what we've come to expect.
8-3 is mediocre. Mediocrity is losing. If you are mediocre you are a loser. If you accept mediocrity you are a loser
It's been that way since Bear Bryant coached there. they spend more money on their program than we do, always been that way. are you just noticing favorable calls usually go bama's way? he'll some dude from Ole miss I think, has a video up of a ref spotting the ball like 1 1/2 yards from were bama player fell down.
Saban at least changed his philosophy and has evolved with football. I could get behind Miles and the occasional 8-4 or 9-3 season if he would make the obvious changes, and at least fight to keep up. But as history has shown us, he's happy with the same ole boring football.
Tom Herman interested in GA job. http://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/ge...an-reportedly-would-have-interest-in-georgia/ We probably could have had him easily had we gotten rid of Les.
Houston has offered him $3M to remain as their HC, yet instead of saying yes to Fishers $6M-$7M, we very well could've saved money and had the '14 Broyles Award winner Herman for $3M-$3.5M, who won a NC with a 3rd string QB.
