This defense IS one of the best in the nation. I do believe your o line had trouble agaisnt powerhouses Marshall Coastal Carolina and Maryland. I wish we could compare to them OH wait, we're 1000X's better. Let's say, started with Drake Nevis, one of, if not the best DTs in the nation. Then we have pep levingston who has the speed of a DE. I feel bad for your guards and c, but it gets worse. Smith might actually see them up the middle, but Montgomery at DE is the one he wont. Ole boy's gonna rock Smith's world. and if that isn't enough, our two pass rushers Mingo and Adams are gonna be in yalls backfield faster than your tackle gets out of his stance. and if that isn't enough, Shepard is like a DC on the field, he'll read through yall little spread and bust Smiths ass, just like he did agaisnt MSU. Baker and Francois are the fastest linebackers yall will see all year. Matheiu only a true fresh, is one of the nastiest blitzers in the sec, so right when Smith throws it, BAM he's hit and it's picked. by either Claiborne or the man PP. and if that isn't enough, watch for Brandon Taylor and Craig Loston, both of them will rock yall te's world. Let's hope for an injury free and hard fought game. Without a doubt, the LSU D is one of the best in the game and will test WVU on every snap. WVU will need sustained drives, not alot of 3 and outs or 3rd and longs. If your guys are pinning their ears back, could be a long night.

Besides, if you really think that there is a DB on any of the three teams that you've faced this year that is even in Peterson's stratosphere? If so, I'd say that severely underscores your lack of perspective.

Sidenote: for the life of me, this must be the outer limits, WVU fans are arguing about what 2 guys did in high school, like its a one vs one basketball game. Is this what fanaticism has come too.

This thread reminds me of that movie "The Great White Hype." It was about a promoter who goes out and finds some dude that beat the currently undefeated world champion when they were amateurs. In the end the champion shows up overweight, out of shape, and wins with one punch.
