    SS you can't touch because it's not the Govt's money. You can move back ages etc but that doesn't rid the problem.

    Everything else you can cut. And majority of the smaller programs eliminate.

    It's not a matter of want anymore.

    The small programs don't amount to beans. Anyone who is unwilling to cut social security, medicare, and defense is not serious about cutting spending.
