You are what we commonly refer to as a 50m target. Stationary, large profile, impossible to miss.

It's not a big effort to get the facts,

Your employer offers you group medical insurance. You and your employer pay for it by whatever arrangement you already have. Few employers pay 100%

    What income is that?

The poor get free medical care right now in charity hospitals, free county clinics, and in emergency rooms required to treat everybody. This gulag system is socialized medicine if it ever existed. It will be replaced by subsidized insurance for the poor, allowing us to scrap the charity hospitals. The biggest part of that number are people who can afford insurance but do no buy it because:

    1. Most can't get insurance because of pre-existing conditions.

    2. Many others can't get group rates and can't afford high individual insurance plans.

    3. Some freeloaders just don't buy insurance and think they will be healthy forever. Then they get hurt and become a burden on the state.

The Health Law provides that all of these people can receive insurance at group rates and pay for it themselves. Freeloaders will be required to insure themselves. Veterans now stuck with the horrible VA hospital system, will have insurance that will let them go to the doctors and hospitals of their choice.

You really should read the law. There are no illegal aliens that will get insurance. They are specifically excluded and always have been.

I have good news for you. Employer provided coverage will remain pre-tax. The premiums your employer pays, and the premiums you pay do not show up as taxable on your W-2. The premiums you pay are and always have been included in the payroll tax calculation.

One of the great myths about the healthcare bill is that employer paid premiums would be taxed, and that employee paid premiums would not be pre-tax income any longer. Like most of what is reported about the Obamacare bill it is wrong.

I don't know why the Fox News machine has spent so much time reporting false information about the bill when the real stuff in there is even worse.

Spelling is for suckerss anyway. I am a way worse speller than you. Tirk, martin, and sometimes Sabanfan hound me for it. Its ok. They are just jealous that I am hung.

So much has been said about this that facts without spin is impossible. My employer pays for me and I pay for my family. I was told that the money my employer pays for my INS will be counted as income and taxed as a cadalliac insurance policy. As far as illegal aliens. Once they have a kid here were stuck with them. It won't be long before congress finds a way to make all of them citizens and they then get 100% on the goverment payroll.

Yes they do. In the 50's and early 60's the Top income tax bracket was 91%, the percent of revenues from GDP was 18%. GDP is directly affected by tax rates

If you need further proof, look no further than California. California has the eight largest economy in the world, and the highest tax rates in the country and they are $20 billion in debt.

The same hold true with other Democrat dominated states like New York, New Jersey and Illinois

    Fixed it for you

Damn. If you are in that tier you have good insurance. The silver lining is you only have to pay taxes on the excess of $21,000. So if your plan costs 23,000 annually you would have an extra $700 in taxes.

So in this crap bill you have to have insurance, just not too much.

I don't think they pay 21000 a year on me. I do pay 808 a month out of my check on my family but I'm free as part of my pay. I have not done my taxes yet so I will see. I pay 202 a week for my wife and kid. I don't know what they pay for me. Everyone I work for and with hates Obama. I'm sure the I get lots of disinformation. I do work at a refinery.
