You are making the final judgment now as it appears from the tone and substance of your comments to date. You are also doing so with much less than full knowledge of what went down. As many have said but you and others refuse to acknowledge Les keeps his decisions close to his vest and doesn't give anyone the full picture of what he is doing when related to player discipline. You note Les has had time and knowledge of the facts for a while but he hasn't know what the legal situation was till just now. More importantly he didn't have time until he saw how JH responded. How can he determine if JH has remorse and changed his ways. Those things take time. Wouldn't you take different approach if JH was remorseful and walked a better path as opposed to his not being remorseful and continuing to get into trouble? Doesn't that in fact mirror what happened with TM7? Who knew there were issues till he was kicked off? It is just as reasonable to suppose that Les decided to accept Hill back on the team but felt it a good teaching experience to give them a veto. Les has never avoided taking responsibility so why would he now? Why do you suppose you know whether or not JH and the team don't know the terms of his admission back including suspension if any? You don't have a clue and neither do I but I'm not making a judgment either. Have you not been around for the last 8 years when Les has kept injury and other suspension details and how it will affect the players and team? This is his way of handling these issues. Why do you expect a change now? Finally so many love to ignore the past when Les disciplined even at a cost to wins and losses, RP, TM7, JJ, Spencer Ware, T Simon etc etc etc. Why don't you reflect back on what has happened in the past and use it to make your judgment rather than listening or reading a small part of the story and jumping to the conclusion that suits your prejudices?
