Uhhhhh, Bama won the game, coach. You don't win by posting yards. You win by posting points and we did not post enough points. One rushing TD and one passing TD. All season long we failed to score TDs in the red zone.

Do you contended that LSU was not predictable last year? Make your case.

Really? Off the top of my head, he lost to Baylor two years ago the first game of the season. Or was that in August? Oh, wait...we play them in August, too.

Why is this so hard for adults to understand? CLM decided he would let him back on the team. However, in the process of team unity building, he lets the players vote. This helps them understand that what affects one, affects them all. Team building.

He did NOT ask for a team vote when he dismissed HB7 or RP. This is not that hard to understand.

My mom has an interesting theory about the team vote. She thinks that he let the team vote, so that he wouldn't be seen by the team as having too much favoritism for a star player.

Did the team vote for JJ to return in '11?

But that is Miles' MO. He discussed the JJ situation with his "unity council" prior to re-instating him. I think he thinks that giving the team and the team leaders some responsibility there is some accountability put on their shoulders...... I'm not saying it has been effective though.

    Your mom is wise.

Again, it's about TEAM, not individuals. He knows good and well how his players will vote. He also knows that by getting them to buy in to the premise that they can hold their teammates accountable, it is good for the unity of the team.

We don't know what his player did. It would have to be huge for a coach to suspend his best player for the first two games. Maybe his QB's actions last year left him no room to wiggle. I don't know.

I think he is looking for some sports street cred.

I know. And we are talking about his philosophy. Certain groups it may work and certain groups it may not but he sticks with it to his credit.

There was a bad vibe after the 2012 NC game and half the starters bolted last year. Some to not even get drafted. I don't know what goes on behind the purple curtain, but I do wonder...

Which starters bolted as juniors and didn't get drafted?

Somehow its OK for a judge to pass forgiveness but not the Coach or fans.
