I never said you don't run it AT ALL to the short side of the field, you definitely don't run it the majority of the time or even close to it, especially if you have a pitch option. If you were running only option, you might actually run some option to the short-side of the field to keep the defense honest. LSU runs the option the vast majority of the time to the short side of the field and usually for no or loss yardage.
Is it the vast majority or 2-3 times? Make up your mind. You state they should do it every once in a while, which if it is used 2-3 times I would say is every once in a while. Considering there are 65-75 plays run in a game.
Sometimes I wonder if requiring Contributor status to post would really hurt the forum all that much. I might even pay double what I do now. Just a thought...
I am not the one trying to justify running the option to the short side of the field on one of the worse offenses in the country. Yeah, he's a genius. hahahahahahahh
You are so stupid. Out of the total number of option plays, he runs them to the short side of the field. 2-3 of a total of 4-5 option plays is a lot... if they ran 75 option plays then running 2-3 to the short side of the field would not be a majority. DUHHHHHH.
