O linemen get hit on every play of every game but somehow they are the most durable of any position. Lots of OL guys play at a high level even into their late 30's. It's not uncommon for an NFL lineman to have a 15+ year career. I don't. It's hard to synch as a unit and have the necessary consistency when the lineup changes from week to week.

Wait a minute!! O has only had one recruiting class for which he is totally responsible. You can hardly blame him for the class when he was interim; he had to deal with what he was delt on that one. Last year's class was heavily tilted to O and D linemen.
