The forecast doesn't look good. Man why can't we have a regular F'in game. Oh well. Do most plan still going out and tailgating? Also how to plan to protect your setups from the water? Rex
My group has out-of-towners who ain't coming because of the weather and rooming situation and the rest of us still without power after 12 days. We're playing it by ear right now, but it will be a very abbreviated tailgate if we can make it happen at all.
I'll be out there rain, wind, or shine. I'm not tailgating with my setup for this game, but I will be with friends that will be tailgating. Not sure what they have planned to deal with weather, but we'll make it I'm sure. Typically they set up next to a building so depending on what direction the wind is from tomorrow, they may have a little shelter. As for myself, I'm bringing the standard TS survival kit.... booze, poncho, and a ziploc bag for my phone and wallet. GEAUX!
That about covers it. All the expensive stuff is staying at home. Just going out there to party and get not have anything to worry about. Plus, when it rains.. people tend to get really drunk and wanna play out in the rain. . I'm sort of looking forward to it.

Ike will be a TS over the top of Denton, TX, right about gametime tomorrow. Both teams impacted by weather. What a season already.
I probably won't do much tailgating, but I'm going to the damn game. I have been working 16-18 hour days since the storm, and am ready for some damn football. Works ends around 2:30 for me tomorrow, then I come home grab the poncho and some cash, change cloths, and roll out to TS. I don't have a ticket, but I find it hard to believe that I won't be able to get one fairly easily.
Dad called and said he had two tickets and a parking pass for me for the game. 60% chance of rain... Decisions, decisions... I really want to go to the game. We'll see how much tailgating we might come out for.
