    Terps come right back with a long KO return and 40 yd TD run. Texas inside the 5 Defense has disappeared in the 2nd half.

    Someone is going to rise from mediocrity....think about it. What's the best program in Texas? And then, how good are they really?

    It's crazy that college football isn't better in Texas as football crazy as it is
