Well just before the game starts I will put tow extra packs of reman Chew by the computor . If it is a close game I will need them GEAUX TIGERS !!!! This is the only season that matters now . It is a great day !!!!
I started out watching Navy vs Notre Dame then marinated some alligator for the grill later. Also getting my 6 week old daughter ready for her first LSU game! GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!

Babybacks and andouille smokin' n makin' my aggie neighbors drool while they try to keep their walmart weedeaters runnin'. Just sent all the girls to the mall, unleaded Budweiser is all iced down, JB ready in case somethin' goes wrong, about to put red beans and rice on for the dogs and got my Les cap back from the dry cleaner. Juju is done. Geaux with God Tigers but play like you're from Hell!
I use some stuff called Sensei Sauce that is made here in Portland. Its kind of a mix of soy, teriyaki and worchstershire sauces. This is my first time making gator, so it's a trial run. The sauce works great with grilled shrimp and on kabobs. Edit: forgot to add, I put Tony's on it too.
