Etling has to get an honarable mention as well. He averaged over 30 a completion. He had 2 overthrown balls that would have been big gains and Brennan looked really good, he didn't get any help from the receivers with the 2 drops. Brosette also looked good, and 44 had a great block taking out 2 defenders on a TD for Guice. Would like to see the tight ends more involved in the passing game Jacory Washington is wasting away, he has tremendous ball skills. The dunce cap goes to the officiating crew. The flag for celebration was bullshit and they channeled their Ritter on the replay for Greedy's 2nd pick. Bastards. The future looks bright ladies and gents, to get all these young folks this much playing time is a huge positive. If we can get Aranda, Raymond, and Canada for another 3 years we have a solid chance at a natty in those 3.
I didn't consider Etling because he did throw 2 or 3 bad passes and his intentional grounding. Still, overall he played great. Brennan did look good but one thing. One the play where he took off and ran I think a more experienced QB would realize that he had a little bit more time to make that decision. There was no way Brennan was going to get a first down on that play by running.
