Frankly, I'm surprised it hasn't happened yet. Do radio or TV announcers still talk about it on-air? The problem with people saying ''guerrilla'' is an unfortunate use of words is that we begin a slow spiral in to an absolute restriction on free speech. Hate speech is still free speech. "opinion by Justice Samuel Alito (for four justices) in Matal v. Tam, the “Slants” case: [The idea that the government may restrict] speech expressing ideas that offend … strikes at the heart of the First Amendment. Speech that demeans on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, disability, or any other similar ground is hateful; but the proudest boast of our free speech jurisprudence is that we protect the freedom to express “the thought that we hate.”
The word "niggardly" is about to be dropped from the dictionary because everybody is afraid to use it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Controversies_about_the_word_"niggardly"
Golly, gee... what a clever way to get your need to speak a racist slur into the thread. Why don't you go stand by a Confederate monument and ask the protesters if any of them have that name?
While i did make up the name it was to make a point that you are too limited to understand. It is possible that some words that are taboo in our society have different meanings in different languages. When Esso want to change their name they spent a lot of money researching a lot of names to make sure that whichever they chose wasn't offensive to anybody anywhere. After they had rebranded themselves and changed all the signs on the stations and spent massive amounts of money advertising the new name it was discovered that the word Exxon meant something obscene in an obscure Japanese dialect.
Blah blah blah. Nobody was talking about different languages. You got your unfunny slur in. I'm sure you chuckled at yourself.
