Who in the administration has ever said that? When and where.

Any politician does. The point is that Obamas do NOT rise to those of Bush and Nixon, as alleged.

Of course. I said clearly that I think Obama wanted the sequester. The GOP cuts were unpalatable to Democrats, tax increases were unpalatable to Republicans and another gridlock was out of the question. So he made great political theatre that the sequester was terrible but we are forced into it. So now we move on. The sky will not fall. Congress still looks bad. Obama looks rosy.

I don't know why you would think that. He said the cuts would be an economic catastrophe. He pushed for them to be repealed and replaced with tax increases. He made it very clear he did not want them. I wonder why he signed them?

You mean the cuts that were passed by the Democratic Senate and signed by the Democratic President? Why were they passed and signed if they were unpalatable?

What are you talking about? What we got was an exact gridlock. The sequestration cuts that Obama didn't want are being carried out. Partisan gridlock saved us all from more taxes. Three cheers for partisan gridlock. The only effective measures are government ever takes are the ones when they don't do anything.

That is certainly the narrative painted by most of the media. An objective observer, like me, would say that is all bullshit.

Asked and answered several times. Come back when you have something new.

You may bloviate your often subjective views to your hearts content. I've made my points about Obama not being on the first team of political liars.

Red it was a constant theme of the campaign..."we got OBL"etc. We are leaving Afganistan and on and on was to play up the impression that AQ was defeated by BHO. In fact it was openly speculated on mainstream media that the reason for not acting in Bengazhi was to hide the AQ participation and putting Rice out front was to shieldhim.

Oh, right . . . media speculation. I asked you to cite anyone in the administration or anywhere else for that matter, who has stated that the war againast Al Qaeda was over. Its bullshit. Give us a quote. You can't do it. It's made up.

The last desperate gasp of your losing the argument...."so's your mama". Red you always demand specifics and cites and quotes and never give the same for your points. I'll use your mthod.... I've read it and know it is true. Prove its not.
Slam that is the door shutting on your argument my friend.

Bullshit. I'm always prepared to back up my arguments with examples. You made this one up and got caught. Too bad.

    That is Supa's method.

You made the allegation. You were challenged. You failed to provide any proof.

And now you are running away . . .

I have asked it several times. You have never given an answer, only provided what you think the answer may be. And your suppositions didn't make any sense,. So I'll ask it again, why would the President sign off on spending cuts that in his own words would have catastrophic impacts on the economy?
