With the amount of injuries we have I'm surprised the spread is still 11.5 I'm glad I don't live in Vegas.
The most optimistic I can be is it will be over by 2:45. Thank God aint gotta wait all day to watch this crap. Oh and give the Nuss man some reps. Give the next coach the opportunity to see some game film on him . I think Laneykins would appreciate that
Didn't see any pride on defense last weekend. Pride no pride won't matter this weekend. Just play everyone can't hurt. Maybe we can get the whole team some game experience for the next coach. Glad I am not Woodward I am really not........
the dreaded players only meeting today. bodes well. i give us til the 3rd qtr before we officially mail it in.
from the athletic: In many years this game is a huge one on the calendar, but both teams are disappointed with how 2021 has gone. Both teams enter with multiple losses at the midway point of the regular season and have more tough games ahead. Florida led Vanderbilt 21-0 at half last before finishing off the shutout in a 42-0 win. But for 30 minutes, there were a lot of reasons to be concerned about the Gators. They gave up 200 yards, allowed the Commodores to convert 5-of-11 third downs, and committed five penalties. In the second half, UF came out much better, holding Vanderbilt to 87 yards while Emory Jones finished with 313 total yards and four passing touchdowns. The Gators opened as 10.5-point favorites for their road trip to LSU. Heading into a bye week followed by a neutral site game with Georgia, UF can’t afford to look ahead. It did that last year, and the Tigers stunned them in Gainesville. LSU is not Vanderbilt. For one reason (among many others), the Tigers’ passing attack could keep things interesting at home against Florida, and their red zone offense is among the best in college football. LSU has lost back-to-back games, but there was a positive development from a 42-21 loss to Kentucky: Tyrion Davis-Price’s 147 rushing yards. The Tigers’ ground game was nonexistent before then, and it still ranks 127th among FBS teams, but that was a step in the right direction. Establishing the run against Florida is one thing. Holding the Gators is another, and LSU has struggled to get stops. These teams will meet at noon ET on ESPN.
