If you want to be the best.. you have to play the best.

exactly. however, if we hadnt smoked Va Tech we wouldnt have been in 2007. We still need to schedule at least one OOC game with a BCS school.

The top teams in the west generally are:
    Auburn (Georgia)
    Alabama (Tennessee)
    LSU (Florida)

    SEC Championship Game appearances:
    Florida: 9
    Tennessee: 5
    Georgia: 3

Since we made our first run in '01:

    Tennessee 3
    Georgia 3
    Florida 2

    Its all cyclical.

Is that what the spice girls meant by girl power?

Oh yea, I forgot. I'd like to see 10 tigers simultaneously sack Tebow (trying another jump pass) and have the ball pop up in the air only to be grabbed in midair by Loston who races 99 yards to make the score 62-0 on national TV and have the cameras focus on Tebow crying and saying "No more Promises!"

We play Florida every year and Bama plays Tennessee every year, that doesn't change. However, we do in fact play the Tennessee's and Kentucky's eventually. There really is nothing to complain about cause there was a time when Tennessee was the big bad bully in the East and Florida wasn't much. It just so happens that Tennessee sucks right now and Florida is on top of their game. It won't be like that forever. As someone mentioned, it's cyclical.

I like playing Florida, but on equal terms. Fla having a bye week before us while we're playing Ga. is a definite advantage for them. Being home is an advantage for us but I hope it's at night and not one of those kinder, gentler day games. We played Fla last year at night in the Swamp in one of the loudest games I've ever heard on TV. Our coaches were having to yell in each others ears. If we give them a dose of the same this year we have a good shot at taking Tebow and Fla down a peg and getting our reputation back.
