"After three games of the season, Alabama and Florida appear to be the two best teams in the SEC followed by Georgia, Ole Miss and LSU. I am expecting LSU to move up a couple spots in the ESPN and USA Today polls that will be released later today." -- Dandy Don

Caint argue with that right now. As they say, that's why we play the games

Sorry, but I haven't seen UGA do anything particularly impressive so far, the shootout vs Arky notwithstanding. Even Florida looked...GASP!...mortal and beatable playing UT.

I would have to pretty much agree with that statement.

I think I put Georgia behind Ole Miss and just slightly ahead of LSU or in a virtual tie. I would say LSU loses to Georgia on the road if it's the status quo from what we have seen so far this year.

Thats about right, I would take and agree we are in the group that is 3rd in the SEC. Just about what and where I expected us to be. Given the nature of this posters, normal comments, I'm not real sure what his point is or how he thinks this validates some of his other negative posts.

LOL. Negative only to those who refuse to see what's ahead. As another poster stated nobody on this board wants this team to lose and in fact I probably bleed purple and gold more than most on here. Therefore the honestly flows a little more freely.

That said, I go into every week hoping and praying some kind of way the Tigers pull out a victory. When the game is over everyone has an opinion. It's too bad some of you are too scared to give an honest opinion for fear of being called out. Oh well, sit back and be afraid.

On to the most important part of this board talking about our team. My major concern with this team right now is we are missing "It". We've all heard it before, that something that teams and certain players have. Call it leadership, call it toughness, call it what you want but something is missing. Whatever it is I hope we find "It" before UF comes to town.

I still think we beat MSU - in a close game and I think unless the light goes on we lose at UGA and maybe we make it closer against UF based on what we saw from Tennessee last Saturday.

Regardless of what others think, I'm a Tiger fan through and through.

I knew Auburn would be better than expected, but those 10 missing scholarship players are going to prove troublesome at one point or another, methinks.

Yep, I'm in agreement .... in another conference, Auburn might get away with it, but it's a rare thing to avoid the injury bug in the course of a full SEC season. Auburn is capable of beating any of the teams remaining on their schedule, but the depth-issue is too soft a target for the teams that are capable of exploiting it.

But regardless of the result, we're a helluva lot more fun to watch than last season.
