This guy has the right to post whatever he wants at his business, but he is obviously lacking in professionalism.
He did say he would not turn anyone away, he just posted a statement. If they read it and turned around then so be it. I see nothing wrong with it. What is much deeper than a sign in the window is what will come of it. If he is fined, or even made to take it down his ability to speak out against the government has been stripped from him. You don't have to agree with it, but it has to be protected.
