We get the exact same amount of money no matter what, it doesn't matter if we play on tv or not. What would lose is exposure
You're obviously entitled to your opinion, but I think it's short sighted. In years we've struggled at QB, which besides last year, has been ever since Flynn was here, the offense has looked exactly the same despite multple coordinators. Miles is the only common denominator. Math don't lie.
I completely agree with your assessment. You can look to his Indiana days, or you can look to the first few games of the 2013 season if you like, and you will see the exact same thing. The Offense we are running since right before Bama last year, is not the Offense that Cameron wants to run.
BOT....... LSU evaluating JUCO QB's 13 minutes ago LSU offensive coordinator Cam Cameron has just two quarterbacks on scholarship: sophomore Anthony Jennings and freshman Brandon Harris. With high school senior Justin McMillan set to enroll in January, the depth chart will go three deep - with the potential for more immediate help coming. On Monday, head coach Les Miles confirmed that the Tigers are recruiting junior college quarterbacks in the 2015 class, which means there's at least a chance we see a new face - and a more experienced passer - enter the quarterback battle this offseason. "I am not ready to necessarily envision a JUCO quarterback this minute, but we are looking for the best available, and we are looking at some JUCO guys including quarterbacks," Miles said. "But, I’m not wildly motivated to have one." Among the quarterbacks LSU has evaluated are former Clemson signee Chad Kelly and 6-foot-5, 235-pounder Daniel Fitzwater, who prepped at Calvary Baptist in Shreveport before enrolling at Co-Lin Community College in Mississippi. What would it take for Cameron and Miles to pull the trigger with an offer to a JUCO quarterback in this class? "It depends on where there maturity is," Miles said. "If you have a JUCO guy who has run the show and understands the passing game and can really throw it and will understand what we ask of him, that’s a guy we would considered. Ideally, that guy would have to be here in the spring to fully comprehend what we would ask him to do at quarterback."
Ok son, here is what we need from you. 1. Be able to say "hike" 2. Be able to take the ball off the centers backside without dropping it 3. Turn around and stick it in the tailbacks gut. Can you do that? Good you're hired!
