I did get to talk with Jordy for a short time. Had a little time on air with Buddy and Jr.

Having seen Dural play this year, I like what I saw. He has a great chance to come in and help this team. Remember we played 10 from last years class and 10 from the year before. We should see a few from this class come in ready to help.

With only 10 Srs. on the roster, next year looks to be loaded in the state, maybe thats one reason to stop this class right where its at.

Talking with a few people "in the know," this class maybe a little better than some people think.

My thoughts on high school recruiting rankings: Tyrann Mathieu was a "only" a 3-star according to Scout, a 4-star according to Rivals, no. 36 CB overall.

    Enough said.

Can you name the LSU defensive player that lead the front 4 in tackles this season?

Hint, on Scout he was a 3* player and the 65th. best DE in the country?

Guess they missed on this guy also?:thumb:

I would give this class a C. We lost the top 3 prospect out of Louisiana to out-of-state schools. When was the last time that happened? We need to do a much better job next year.

Prediction: The steal of this class will be 3-star LB Deion Jones. Check out his tape on lsusports.net. Dude is a heat-seeking missile.

:geaux: Looking forward to seeing Kwon, L. Phillips, Granier & Corey Thompson on defense. :thumb: No slight to Debo though. He's gonna be right in there with 'em. :LSU231:

Me too. The Tigers need LBs and we got lots of very talented LBers. Hard to call anyone an idiot at this point in that none of us know what kind of players these kids will be as their heart will bear that out. I believe this coaching staff has a good handle on who will fit. Also have a feeling that Feist will be a super player (just a feeling.) We won't really know how good a class this is for at least 2 to 3 years. Glad Coach Wilson feels as good about the class as he does. We were loaded everywhere but LB, and now we are loaded at LB.

Get one another one or two of these: :crystal:

Facts sure do make it no fun for the doom and gloom folk.
