Frank was a good coach and recruiter that will be missed. I appreciate all he has done for LSU. That being said a RB coach isn't hard to replace especially at a place like LSU that stays loaded at RB. Who better than O to step in as recruiting coordinator? There's not a better candidate on the planet and he's already on staff. Miles needs to hire a strong recruiter, but is he really going to be that hard to replace? I don't think so.
Faulks resume would be a strong point on the recruiting trail, not sure about his coaching ability. I doubt you could find a higher character guy, with a household name and strong LSU and Louisiana ties.
Memphis job pays 1.8 to Mike Norvell who had experience as an OC/Associate Head Coach at Pitt and Arizona St. So looks like Wilson now has a job that could put him in the running for a job at Memphis, etc... I would think it would be pretty hard for a team like Memphis to hire someone with no coordinator experience or head coaching experience.
Ed O back to the left coast is heating up again. I really don't believe it's an option but we need a DLine coach, a recruiting coordinator, and heritage haul is buzzing. The biggest thing in favor of it not happening is that Haden seems to have put a kibosh on more money.
