Casinos in Biloxi are still trying to get back up after Katrina (except for Beau Rivage and IP). It'll be a while before Hard Rock is back up. A "high up" at the Beau told me that the coast casinos are trying to get sports betting. That would be cool. I know the local colleges (including LSU) that are nearby are against it b/c of the possible scandals.
