OK, since you don't seem to follow the NFL, let me help you. My love of black and gold exceeds purple and gold by about a factor of ten. So I appreciate any Saint who can get the job done, and I'm telling you now, you can count the games Ingram has played like a number one draft pick on one hand. I'd say that if he were from LSU
There was an exercise we had when I was in elementary dealing with riddles, word associations, etc. The purpose was to foster thinking, some critical, some inductive and deductive reasoning. I'm afraid this is a case of: Joke Your head. In your effort to be a smart ass with the trees comment you got the ass part right, the smart part you missed my a mile. Loose ≠ Lose. I'd never call you, or anyone else, stupid. People tend to put themselves in that category all by themselves with no extra assistance. The following is a prime example. You're attempting to talk smack about a fan base based on the actions of two individuals. I don't care what term you use to define your statement though I'd imagine if the group here was polled "stupid" would be close to the top of the list. It's absurd, to say the least. Consider this ... Jeremy Hill: Every LSU player is a thug who attacks people, from behind like a coward. Ryan P.: Every LSU player is hanging out with people, and in places, where drug activity is rampant. Pokey Chapman: You mentioned sexual abuse, so we'll go there as well. By her actions, every coach at LSU ... Do you see how stupid I'd be if I made those comments? Talking shit on a message forum is an art. There's no better example than some of the guys/gals here ...furk, tirk, tiga, Choas and many, many more. You sir, are still painting by numbers. Believe you me, a lecture from you on how I need to post, or where I am? Dude, I've paid my dues on this forum with Shula, DuBose, Price, fRan ... you name the coach. I will, with respect, say any damn thing I want to on this forum. I've earned that whether you like it or not.
I'm sorry. I have no reason to dismiss your feelings. Again, I don't follow the league. The most attention they'll (NFL teams) get is on draft day and that's only because I want to see where the players end up that I've watched for three or four years. (That's not limited to Bama, or SEC players.) Still, all that said, I'm still leaning towards the evaluations and voting from players and coaches in the league versus that of fans. This is a bad analogy, but maybe it'll make my point a little clearer. I wouldn't trust the opinion of an iPhone user—who has never used an Android phone—on how the OS on an Android phone works. I'd talk with someone who has a lot of experience with the Androids.
Pro ball talk : I think when a player commits , to a University he should stay for 4 years , . Afraid he will get hurt , is a excuse to leave .I do not watch pro ball, so I do not care who goes to the next level. TerryP from a guitar pickers point of view , D henry did not do as much for bama as LF did for the tigers . LF7 did not have a passing game to keep the D off of him .I think anytime a player has his hair hanging out , well , hair is not a helmet but like a shoestring or a elbow just grab a hold and grag him down . .Do not take that wrong D Henry is a great running back fun to watch , TerryP look at the thread I started tell me what you think . I think we as LSU fans are going home early in this bowl game I did not and do not think this LSU team is a Bowl team
Ingram is a bust. There's no way around it. If he were a 5th round pick I wouldn't say that. But he wasn't, he was a first round pick and he hasn't lived up to that billing, hasn't come close. A flash here or there. He can't finish a season, most of the time he is just running into a pile or dropping passes. Maybe the Saints will finally realize they drafted a scrub and ditch him after this year.
Its so cute that you take a shot at me about my "loose vs lose" post on here. Kind of hard for me as I do live in alabama and there is not internet available. So yea to do anything we use our smart phones. There is this really annoying thing called auto correct. Never the less you claim my trash talking has a lot to be desired, well I would urge you to stay on the topic. Just to remind you the topic was ingram is a bust. Then you took it upon yourself to make a dig on OBJ, which frankly I agree with it not being his best moment. He hasn't really shown any thing of that nature in the past, not like some of the other players you pointed out. Regardless of the dig being on target or not you are a gump fan posting on a LSU board, of course you would have to expect someone to give some push back. That being said I would not nor could I stop you from saying any asinine thing on this board (so don't get your panties in a twist). I'm not the one getting all upset and resorting to name calling (see "your head = joke"). Kind of cute that you say you are this great debater but you have shown expertly in the last post you resort to name calling when you have an inability to get your point across. And finally yea I am talking "smack" about a fan base who has someone that tea bagged a unconscious person in the super dome, poisoned a 100 year old tree because they lost a game and then called a radio show to gloat, believe they have won 15 NC going back to when no one kept count, ect, ect, ect. What is funny is all the people you sited are all athletes who could have gone any where and that just happened to go to LSU. Not the fan base, apples and oranges.
I don't give a frog's fat ass what he says. He is Gump that is objective until it comes time to talk about Alabama, then he is the biggest homer on the planet.
