Jamarcus played as a true freshman in the first game of the 2004 season against Oregon State. Which was Sabans last season. Although Jamarcus came into relieve Marcus Randall in that game Randall was the starter for much of that season. I thought JR was special but a lot of our quarterbacks success came from jumbo Fischer who left the program to take over as an assistant under Bowden. I really think it goes with coaching and creating a physical mindset to these young quarterbacks that you have to be tough mentally and physically. And believe me I attended LSU football camp at LSU when Jimbo was there and he was one hell of a quarterbacks coach.

Win both lines you win championships with Maucks, McElroys, Cokers, Flynns etc.

Not sure how anyone could be overly excited about the season, other than having to finally see some football.

There is no way anyone can trust that Les has fixed THE PROBLEM.

Exactly, I see its the QB it's the line, Fournette this blah blah

Someone else mentioned it, too many other teams can throw a young QB in there and have at least marginal success.

Where the hell is our buddy taint? This thread is ripe for one of his Tommy Hodson post.

It's Les and his system. A better system would attract QB's who would actually sign instead of decomitting and would develope the QB's we do get

Hey it's taint! And why do we call him taint, you ask? Because he is somewhere between a nutjob and an asshole.

You & Lasalle are clueless with the need for some great QB.
Saban would win a NC with Harris. Do you get it?

That was anything but a reversal.

All I'm saying is with the right QB, LSU should be able to win tough games even despite Les. I've never been sold on Harris. And in this case I'm not sure if it's Les or Harris.

Where did I say LSU needed a great QB? I'd settle for a mediocre one.

    Jordan Jefferson = Shit
    Anthony Jennings = Shit
    Jarrett Lee = Shit
Brandon Harris = Shit until proven otherwise.
