Looking at the other teams LSU will play this year, I don't have a problem. @Fla./@barn/@a&m/@ark.....nothing like last year. By the time Dec and Jan. roll around, these guy will be playing well. LSU does a better job than most mixing the young with the new. Fla and barn last year, were as soft a two SEC teams I've seen. LSU and Les took the foot off the gas. Not much has changed with those two teams from last year. ark. is missing a HC and a number of players, the loss of players is major to them, seen in last weeks game.

Yep, we have 10 Srs. on the roster, but the loss of Jrs. and Soph. to the draft will give us a hit.

We spent a few days in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, this past summer, which is a big art colony. My artistic child was in hog heaven (fitting I guess with its proximity to Fayetteville)--she even dragged me halfway up a mountain downtown to talk to an artist sculpting a statue.

Never let her drag you, go with her. If kids take an interest in anything (Sports, Art, Music, etc.), help them along. If not, they may get into something you don't want them in (Drugs, etc.). Best of luck with the little one.

It wasn't really a "dragging." We had a great summer of art exploration. She went to The Art Colony in Eureka Springs (which is an art commune.) When one of the resident artists heard that she wants to be an artist, he gave her one of his charcoal drawings. She was so thrilled!

Then, we hit a museum in Hot Springs, which was surprisingly pretty good.

The best museum was the Art Institute of Chicago, which housed many famous paintings. We spent half a day exploring there, and she decided her favorite artist was Georgia O'Keefe, and she became good at picking out her pieces. When I asked if it inspired her, she replied, "No...it didn't. I don't want to copy any of these artists, I want to do something original."

I bet Ol' Mo is not having any trouble reading all those numbers on those fat checks he is getting. Some people just have trouble in school it is not up to us to judge why. Hope they can get it together for next year.
