Reminds me of that NFL Playoffs commercial...

"Tom Brady, not that good a quarterback."

Seriously though, the guy plays damn near perfect football.

Kind of thought he said the same thing prior to last years NC game about Troy Smith.

Well at least he got one out of 2 correct.

Sorry tiger fans, i'm about to rant...

The jury's still out on that, as it seems that Troy did pretty well in his first two games as the starter for "cringe", the Ravens. One bad game shouldn't ruin a career. You've conveniently forgotten that he won several big games, but as a florida fan, I would expect you to have a short memory. By the way, how did the gators do against the wolverines? Good game, I thought, despite the fact that UM tried to give y'all the game, what, four times (turnovers) and you weren't even gracious enough to return the favor:thumb: At least you'll have a great defense to start next year!

And for the record, he said that after last year's game.

LOL, appears you still have issues with UF or you would not have titled your post former UF player and maybe titled it current Jag player. Yeah Reggie put his foot in his mouth. Maybe he will learn, maybe not, who knows. Rhonde Barber did the same thing last week about Eli Manning but I think I missed your post regarding former UVA player... Big Blue took it to us for sure but you are kind of pulling at straws if you have to rely on another school to get revenge over something your school could not succeed at. Personally I take no pride in another school beating somebody we could not take care of on our own but to each his own. But hey, if you want to throw some good natured smack here is some back at ya: How many national title games have you folks lost in the last two years? Yeah, if I were you I would probably have issues with UF as well.

And for the record Troy does appear to have what it takes to have some success in the NFL. Time will tell but he had some good moments with the Ravens the end of this year and I think he has a good chance.

Well, sorry, but when you take pot shots at one of the best QB's in tOSU history, I take it personally. As I did in NO, when every Gator I met was an absolute jerk. I figured pointing out last years NC game, made the UM bowl game admissable, so...

the reason i titled the thread former UF player, is b/c I remember him saying the same thing after last year's NC game, and figured as a rookie, that his experience at UF was behind such an arrogant, blatantly disrespectful remark about Brady. Whom, by the way, is a UM guy, and i absolutely loathe, but you gotta respect what he's doing. Reggie apparently doesn't respect anyone, and if it was a buckeye (I met Vrabel once, and he was an absolute %ick), you can bet I'd be calling them out too.

Fair enough and I agree, Reggie was better off keeping his mouth shut, there are many of the Gator faithful on his a$$ for doing this as well.

After last years NC game I met about 20-30 tOSU fans (decked out in Buckeye garb) at Daytona in the hospitality stands during the races and yes I was wearing a UF hat. But I have to say they were some nice dudes and we had fun talking a little about the game but mostly about the race. Sorry you had to meet up with some of the jerk population of UF fans. Everybody has them but you prefer for them not to go out in public.

Brady served it up big time on the Jags much to my dismay. And people can say what they want about the short passes and such but the dude is on, good receivers or not, he is putting the ball on target damn near every throw. He took what the defense offered but a shredding is a shredding no matter how long the passes were. And I am not a Pat or a Brady fan and I loathe Belichick but the guy keeps putting up the wins and the championships.
