Michael Clayton, Josh Reed, Herman Johnson, Charles Scott, Darry Beckwith, Marlon Favorite, Justin Vincent, and Brett Helms all free agents right now.

Clayton was no surprise. Making way too much to be the last receiver on the depth chart.

Besides his first season, Clayton has been a huge disappointment.

Jarvis Green should be picked up by someone. He was a pretty good player for New England. So was Eric Alexander.

And when I heard Patrick Crayton was traded to the Chargers last night, I knew it would be the end for Josh Reed.

The others aren't really surprises. Disappointing, though.

I know it's not likely, but I would love if the Saints picked up Reed.

The only surprise to me was Darry Beckwith... he was playing well from what I heard.

Players who play well get cut often. Most of the time it is just a numbers game.

I was kind of surprised to see Big Herm get cut. There's always a premium for big O-linemen in the NFL. He has the size, but I guess he wasn't quick enough for the pro game.

If I remember right, he showed up to camp overweight and out of shape and it went downhill from there.
