Larry Porter welcomed with open arms at the University of Memphis. I wish him well and much success. The program needs a lot of work and will be a challenge. But, we now have at least four recent LSU Assistants as head coaches – Jimbo (Florida State), Bo (Nebraska), Derek Dooley (LaTech) and now Larry Porter. Speaks well of the program. If we wanted to go waaaaaaaay back we could also include Mac Brown, but let’s not go there.
