I just repped all the people that got excited by this thread. I see people whine about how we don't have a "Tebow" on our team, about how they don't even believe we have prominent vocal leaders on our team, etc... and it yet it never occurs to them to even attempt to be a vocal leader themselves.
+1 I agree with you I just hope Miles isn't taking that train wreck we saw Saturday to Athens. We need to make improvements big time. In fact, it is past due time for improvements. We should be rolling right now and not worrying what team is going to show up. I have faith in LSU and always believe we can turn it around but man this is nerve racking.
We don't need a "Tebow"; the players we have are more than talented enough to win every game we'll play this year. They just need to play to their potential...and our coaches need to have faith in them and turn them loose!
nice pep rally, you have my pom pom waving.... I hope you are right. it certainly is time that is for sure.
That's what our coaches do. And, like our coaches, we can just hope that our players step-up and be as good in college as they were in high school. Same as a fan of an NFL team hopes their 1st-Round picks turn out to be as great in the NFL as they were in college.
Ultimately you right. The upcoming games are the big ones that will decide the teams fate. Im looking forward to the rest of the season. LSU has a ton of talent and isnt THAT far from where they need to be. Its just to put it all together one game at a time. Its on the coaches and players, both sides MUST step up. If so this team has it all. I can accept losses, Id just like to see us play to potential.
YES! I feel that LSU saw their season flash before their eyes when it was 1st and goal. At a point where some say it was bad play calling, Dixson did run it twice, they play action passed it and did a qb sneak. What more could you do? Still, I think it woke the players up and I know they now realize it will take much more of an effort to WIN. LSU baby!
