No, they are not. They are very, very slow, for one thing.

Whether they face Bama or UGA, they will be unprepared for the speed on the field. The only thing that would save them would be playing on the turf of the 2009 Capital One Bowl--where the conditions were so bad that it took away our speed differential.

tidefans.com. Active board but they have a policy about no LSU fans allowed to post.

You know, when LSU had that 2 game winning streak going over the Tide, we use to talk more. I think it's just harder these days to find a listening ear.

Do not go to tidefans.com. Their admins are tremendous tools. Used to be an awesome site, I was there for years and actually made some good friends I still tailgate with.
But they do not allow LSU fans (or really any rival fans) to post unless it is pro Alabama and negative towards your team.
I got banned for saying last years game was a "good game" apparently I broke the rule of being an LSU fan who posted.
They wanted to get rid of any rival fans. Well they accomplished it.

Tide-HSV is the biggest doucher in the history of Bama. He is like a 4 year old. Sad actually....

This wouldn't be an issue if the SEC HQ had not taken care of their home state boys by giving them the easiest SEC East opponents this season. (and next)

Had Alabama been called for any of their penalties (forgive me...they were called for ONE) LSU would be playing Georgia and nobody can question LSU's schedule considering how we had to play South Carolina & Florida from the SEC East.

Alabama won't have any problems in the Georgia Dome as the SEC HQ will make sure the zebras help out if needed. Alabama could get a taste of their own medicine if they play Notre Dame. Can you imagine how the Gumps will blow up if the BCS Championship refs call the game against them like the SEC refs call against their conference opponents? That would make my day!

Time to move the HQ from the Land of Gump!

forde is right. ND played a good schedule and anyone certain that UGA or UA will kill them is stupid.

i pick uga, but everyone dumping on nd for 6 weeks can really affect the game.

Notre Dame doesn't have the speed to beat an SEC team unless that team starts turning the ball over and making mistakes. They beat Pitt, BYU, and Purdue by a combined 9 points at home, our 2 losses were by a combined 12 points. I don't think we would blow Notre Dame out on the scoreboard, but I do believe we are better, and would physically dominate them with speed and strength, as will alabama or Georgia.

I don't give the domers a chance unless the dawgs or tide start coughing the ball up, get key players injured, or make a ton of penalties, and even then I think it will still be tough for Notre Dame to win.

Notre Dame has played a better "middle of the road schedule" than Bama or Georgia. They do a good job of not scheduling any rent a wins like everyone in the sec does, the conference is so tough you have to....they're bye weeks without being off. However if you think that notre dame's top end of the schedule is as good as bama's or georgia's your kidding yourself there also. Notre Dame against South Carolina or Florida....(georgia's schedule) i don't think ND wins either one of those games...is sc or Fl OK, Mich., usc.....not even close. Could ND beat LSU, Texas A&M, hell even Miss State for that matter(bama's schedule) I highly doubt that also.....so yes while ND plays a better middle of the road schedule....they played nowhere close to a top end schedule!

And lets not forget, this year is the first year in awhile they have played a decent schedule.
