Academics my man. No play this season, always next year. Good news is we are deep at RB so it won't hurt "as much" still taking it in the rear just with lube.
Man I hope that is not the case Ford will hurt but losing T. Jones will be a big kick in the nuts! I felt he was going to have a really good year.
Ho hum... Those freshmen are breathing down the upperclassmans necks at the OLB anyway. Just means much earlier playing time for them. Sucks to lose the experience though. At his size it's only so much of a beating a guy like Jones could take. He delivers a thump but no doubt he's smallish. Ford leaves us without a true "scat" guy at RB, but hell who cares. Hopefully it officially means no more option! It's soon going to be the HILLiard show anyway...if either of those guys learn to catch and block as well as Spencer Ware, Miles would have the two backs he claims to want to use. Thunder...and more thunder.
