All I can tell you is if you go online you will find much cheaper insurance on your own than you will through your employer. Mine was $1180/mo for me,wife, and 3 boys, went online and got the same policy for $578/00 through the exact same company. Hmmm how much are the employers pocketing out of this? Of course this will all change sooner or later.

What do you expect with Pelosi constantly funneling our money into her district?

And Obama is going to help you how?

I don't know how he is going to help me, i don't advocate this bill, but i am in favor of healthcare reform. I got to thinking about this last night, and democrats are the liars that usually get caught, republicans are the liars that stand by their lies and convince the world that their lies actually aren't. What if this bill is a big sham. You get the people to back you because you call it "healthcare reform" when all it actually does is funnel more money into the insurance companies. Insurance companies stock went up yesterday and monday. And democrats are loaded with special interest lobbyists, probably some from insurance companies. What if this was a trick. And i know you are going to say, well it was a trick, but in the way that i described above?

159 new federal agencies and 17,000 new IRS employees is not imaginary.

OK Red. How do you think all these new "insured" people will get plans?

Read the law, there is no need to guess. They will get it through the insurance industry, which will make a lot of new business. There is no public insurance in this new law.

Then give me a source for this. There are a lot of conservative bloggers throwing this number around, but not one shows where in the new law it says this. They are all quoting each other. There are perhaps 159 new programs in the law, but most will be done through agencies that already exist. There has never been a law where all new programs become a new federal agency. Many, many federal programs are conducted by private contractors.
