Not me my only concern is the D-line. I'm not even concerned about QB. This season I'm not setting my self up to be disappointed

At least for me, I can't help but to have expectations for a good season --- every season. Hope springs eternal...

I haven't set my expectations too high this season. The talented players of LSU have surprised me in seasons past though.

With everyone in the SEC West improving and the LSU offense limited to just a running game..again, a 10 win season for me would be a pleasant surprise.

(wakes up.... gives a yawn and a stretch)

Now that I'm awake and done with my off-season nap, let's see...

QB - I'm not too worried here. Word is (at least what I'm reading as well as hearing) that Harris has taken the leadership role and is commanding the offense quite well. Also, that the team has rallied around him and accepted that he is "the guy". My take on it is, he doesn't have to come out and be a world-beater. He doesn't have to complete 60, 70, or 80% of his passes. He doesn't need 24 TD's and 4,000 yards. All he needs to do is two things... 1) Be good enough to make teams get out of the box, and 2) Don't turn the ball over...Our offensive line should be pretty tough and our running game should be "damn strong", so if Harris can do those two things it's on. If teams can't stack the box, then LF7 is going to punish them for backing up. If they try to stack the box, Harris needs to be able to punish them, even with small yardage. Just keep 'em honest. Jennings just needs to pay attention in case he gets thrown in for some reason.

OL - We should be good here, just a matter of how long it takes them to gel.

TE's - LSU doesn't have TE's; they have additional O-linemen that will occasionally catch a ball if by some chance it's thrown at them.

    RB's - LF7. That. Is. All.

WR's - Should be good, and apparently we have another Dwayne Bowe scenario. Can't wait to see Quinn play now that he can see..

DL - D-line is a concern, but I'm anxious to see what Yaw Yaw does to light a fire under these guys. Everyone knows he has no trouble getting guys hyped up and ready to play. Going to be fun to watch him on the sidelines.

LB's should be good to go, young but we have some studs in there.

DB's should be fine, even with the loss of Mills for however long.

Special Teams - Usually pretty good there as well so I'm gonna guess they'll be a'ight this year.

    SO... I almost forgot..

I only see 2 toss-up games, maybe 3... Abalama Menstrual Cycle, Ole Miss Rebel Brown Bear thingies, and the Tiger Highplains War Chickenhawks. Honestly, I'm thinking we take Auburn out of the equation pretty quickly; they seem to not do well against us early in the season.

Miss State was a perfect storm last year and well riturn to the dredges of sub-mediocrity soon enough. R-Kansas will still be drunk off last year's upset and blow it. Texas A&M if nothing else will be consistent against LSU. SC, well the Ol' Ball Coach will once again end up wearing a shit-eating grin as a result of some unreal play Les thows at him. It's one thing to get out-smarted, but when you get schooled by someone that eats grass, it's a whole new level of humility. Florida probably won't even have enough players out on parole to field a team against us.... and the rest simply don't matter.

So yeah... get through Bama and Ole Miss and we're golden. They're the only two games that are a toss up in my eyes.

LSU will unfortunately lose 6 SEC games this season due to an inept head coach and an athletic director with no balls.

I'm puzzled as to who gave him the 3 likes.
