That's not the first time folks have told me "Oh, you poor thing!". But I'll keep being hopeful. The way this season has gone, I don't know if anything is impossible. Not yet.....

Cards could fall our way when we win the SECCG and that extra game might possibly give us an edge.....

I can't see how a season where we can go to the Sugar Bowl as SEC champs could possibly be called a failure. Everything is relative. I remember being happy to go to ANY bowl at all.

'course I'm older than a lot of 'ya and I've dealt with more and bigger disappointments.

Still proud of the Tigers. Thanks to all the Seniors for the past four years - the Golden Age of Tigers' Football belongs to you - and NO ONE can ever take that away from you.

Come on. The season is not over. We still have the SECCG to play and a bowl game. We can end up 12-2. Not a bad year at all.

Sick that we lost not that they failed me? What a difficult loss to take.

The things I think of...Saban still has a one up on Les who by all accounts is a much better person.

So much talent but no NC to show for it. I really think this was our year to make the run.

I guess it's hard to come to terms with "our run" at a title being over for some time. I realize anything could happen but we lose a lot of talent.

I feel awful for great players and people like Hester, Flynn, Doucet, Dorsey, Stelz, etc. I really wanted a NC for those guys! The frustration has gotten the better of me.

I pretty much agree with WestCoastTiger, In a way football season did end.
It isn't all about the losses either, its the drama in the wins and loses for me.

2007 has been one of the worst years of my life, financially. I'll be glad when this year is over, let me put it like that.
I've had to much drama this year and personal issues today.
I don't know if I can take watching this team win or lose but I suppose the lid is now off of the pressure cooker so maybe a win or loss won't be as bad now.

It ticks me off when tiger fans attack each other.
Just because some people's lives are going well doesn't mean everyone elses is at the same time.
People react differently in certain situations depending on if life is good or tough.

You might be right about the team running out of gas at the end of the season here, although I think coaching is a component of what we are seeing right now. But the goal is first and foremost to win the Conference, so as bad as I am feeling right now, LSU still has a chance to check off the 2nd of it's 3 goals for the year next week. Anything after that will have to wait until we get there.

All that said, I am really pissed with this loss, and I have some concerns but want to hold those in check for the moment.

I must look at it wrong we still have 2 times to see our Tigers play this year win or lose I am still with them. Do i disagree with some of the stuff they do, yes but if they are playing I am excited and will be watching.
