Agreed, the D stepped up when it really counted.

our guys came out and right out of the gun holding on first down.

They changed their defense on fournette in second and were daring us to throw. Cameron doesn't use the threat of fournette enough.

Play action is our friend with short passes.

Their corners were playing 10-15 yards off our recievers. Not 1 quick in or play action crossing in the second half.

Got away from what was working.

You're missing the point. The first half was called about as good as any half of football I've seen in years. A nice mixture of run and pass kept the Gators on their heels. Then we come out 2nd half like we are just gonna run the clock out. it makes no sense.

They are completely the same in the second half. These games are all heart attacks waiting to happen. Why can't we relax for a change. I thought there was no way we could win without a balanced offense, and we got one tonight. Harris was awesome! Of course in the second half we only threw when we needed to. Please Les Miles I am not getting any younger and would love to live to see my grandchildren.

I think tonight everyone got a glimpse of just how good this team can be if the play calling is balanced. Harris was definitely up to the challenge and the WR stepped up after an early drop or two. Special teams is the anchor around this teams neck, it should be clear that Peveto needs to go NOW!

Only 3 penalties tonight, so good news on that front.

the thing I am seeing on punt and ko is the guys are not staying in their lanes and breaking down before they are being attacked.

you create creases when you don't stay in your lane and our punter has no hangtime which is costing us too.

And white just screwed the pooch on his brainfart.

The defensive line and Deion Jones deserve a lot of credit. Lewis Neal is outstanding and Coach O needs a pay raise. To have this D line, who by no means is your typical LSU d line play out of their minds like they do, especially Lewis Neal, and Bower tonight is outstanding.
