I've been a big fan of Eaux, and there is no doubt he got dealt a rough hand, but the fact is he wouldn't have been even considered if he wasn't already in place. He had to keep the team motivated and he didn't do that today, for whatever reason. Maybe Eaux is still in play, and I think we could do worse, but Eaux takes a big knock today. This is almost the exact reason we fired Miles. I don't disagree that UF is a solid team. There was a lot of truth to what TigerTap has been saying.

If they just stopoed being emotional and used common sense they would realize you cant make the mistakes we did today and beat even SMU or Navy which Herman and Houston lost to. I've said this before, but if you're looking for a coach who hasn't lost to a team they should've beaten this year, you'll only find one, and he's not going to come to LSU. Just like Herman lost to SMU and Navy, Orgeron lost to Florida today. If you want to say it's the players' fault, then I'll tell you it was the players' fault that Houston lost to SMU and Navy, and then Herman and Oeaux are even. The case for Herman is that he's beating some great teams with average to above average talent. Orgeron has elite talent and has lost to Alabama and Florida, and he's only coached 6 games.
Well if you played at the collegiate level then you should know that physical mistakes, mental mistakes, overlooking an opponent, and numerous other things are part of the process. If you're looking for perfection, you're in for a long look. Who do you want? Vince Lombardi reincarnated?

Your statements here tells me you never played at the college level. As a player I know neither I nor my teammates were perfect and no matter how hard I was coached I would drop passes I should have caught or fumbled the ball when I knew not to. No coach teaches players its OK to make these mistakes. You are a fool to think O was overlooking Fla and was responsible for a CB blowing a coverage and for 3 ball muffs. No man it is you not me that is demanding perfection. I want coach O you dont.
