I'd bet 99% of the boats stolen were stolen by white guys. Black people fish from the bank and preferably a wharf with a high guard rail. I'm sure you know why this is.
"Things?" Pretty broad there. To THAT statement I'd say yes. Some things are "stolen to be used" and some things are not "stolen to be used." In terms of blacks and boats, it does not matter what I think about your statement cause it doesn't change the accuracy of what I said. Black people don't steal boats and very few own and/or fish from them- percentage-wise.

It's edited. I think the guy says that at the beginning, or something to that effect. Point being that he isn't trying to deceive. I'm not going watch that shit again to verify though.

It's symbolic. Remember Bush got absolutely crucified for that flyover choice. I don't know that I blame him but be real....he's months away from having nothing BUT time to vacay. I could add that he makes as many visits to Cali for fund raising as Chris Christie makes to the buffet line but he's absentee while the state is on fire.
