Won it with a 3-loss season one time. Didn't win it at all during three of his years here... years that he went 3-5 losses (and a 1-2 bowl record). Amazing. Let's bring him back!
But while he was here you must have loved him and thought he could do no wrong! Anyway, I'm not calling Saban back and wouldn't pay what he'd ask.
I was cool when we hired Saban and I was on board with him but I was not thrilled with the way he squandered the sick amount of talent he inherited and I wasn't upset when he moved on. But sure, I was satisfied with the job he did while he was here.
Yes, I'm very disappointed, but it is apparent that this team can hang with anyone and win with just a little creativity. The defense just held one of the best offenses to only 13 pts. Had the offense played only a little bit better, we would have won.
