It only makes sense to go after the best players you can possibly get. If they leave after a year they leave. Not all of them have the Ben Simmons I'd rather be having a root canal than be here attitude. I was looking at some NBA rosters the other day and the league is littered with former Wildcats who were first rounders. Not all of them are superstars like Boogie and the Brow but most of them helped Kentucky for the year they were in Lexington. With the guys we have coming in we could be a preseason top 10. That's a huge step up from being one of the worst teams in the NCAA last year.
