For the second straight game, we struggled mightily to finish drives in the first half.

So this needs to be fixed.

    It does.

In watching, we are playing with the numbers correctly. If you watch, we are running into 6 man fronts with 5 blockers. Up the middle even. Not sure that is the most effective way to run these plays like that. Need a better run game with a short field. Its not creative.

Biggest play to keep Auburn in the game besides the fumbled punt was the dropped pass by McMath at the 6 yard line on the most beautiful back shoulder pass you'll ever see in tight coverage. We probably go up 14-3 and it's all downhill for Auburn from there.

Not disagreeing with you but, in a positive note, we’ve been lights out inside the red zone though.

Also, the last TD we scored, we finally understood that we needed to be aggressive inside the 10 with an empty set and 5 wide.

That's inexcusable that it took all game long to adjust in that situation. We have to be better than that. We will be facing a defense just as tough as Auburn in 2 weeks and we'll move the ball just like we did today and what we do inside the Bama 40 will decide the outcome.

Yes you are correct but the trend in the last two weeks is an offense moving it at will with very little to show for it on the scoreboard in the first half.

We can't afford that two weeks from now. You won't survive Alabama being that inefficient.

You do realize we were playing the 9th ranked team in the country. Not Georgia Southern or Utah State.

Yeah you're the one who tells everyone to calm the fuck down being overly optimistic about this team, and then come on here and poo poo when anything is questioned about the team.

    You're something.

Yea, I'm a realist. Unlike you who lives in Fantasyland.

All the more reason to call a good game. Coaches dropped the ball tonight. I think O and E caught a case of the sphincter puckers (aka Miles special on milquetoast).
