    When you really think of it, who have we really beaten?

    Florida sucks since their QB got suspended. We lucked out in that game and they still gave us hell. There is no signature win this season.

    Now we've played Bama and Ole Miss on the road and a very hot Arkansas team at home and got our ass handed to us each and every time.

    We are much much worse than that 7-3 ledger.

    Again, perspective is required to understand the reality of the situation.

    It just so happened that this year we had the toughest (for us at least) opponents in three consecutive weeks. Unless we lose to A&M, this year will still be an improvement on last. So we have a team that despite being young and despite having key injuries is still improving. That's the trend I see.

    Florida was playing a lot better earlier in the year than they are now, but they're 7-0 in SEC games against teams not named LSU. They blew out Ole Miss, remember? They don't lose that game if T. Harris had played instead.

    You are on drugs if you think this game/year was an improvement. We took several steps back this year. It is obvious the players have given up on this coaching staff. The trend I see is we are getting worse and worse in SEC play every year. For this much money that is unacceptable.

    Being 7-3 (with a canceled game against an FCS opponent) is better than 8-5 (which included a win over an FCS opponent). How is that "several steps back"?

    If we beat A&M, we have a better SEC record than last year. If we don't, we have the same SEC record.

    Improving? What games are you watching?

    Everyone plays young players. Bama loses just as many players to the NFL as we do yet they do not use that as crutch. People have been using that excuse for 4 years now... it needs to stop.
