It's everything. On one hand, Alabama didn't deserve the right to play us again and we should have been beating Oklahoma State for the national title. The next year, we're 6 yards away from running the clock out and going up against Georgia for a chance to beat the fuck out of Notre Dame. Too bad this ain't horseshoes.
Yeah Saban's a genius: @CecilHurt: Derrick Henry media guide entry for Auburn game: "made one assisted tackle on special teams."
I didn't watch the game too closely, why was Henry thrust into action all of a sudden? Was it because of the fumble and Yeldon was benched?
If we care about 10 wins, why wouldn't we care about NC wins? Winning is the point of the game, and I know y'all agree cos' positigers sure don't want to hear any criticism after a win. If we aren't trying to win NCs, what's the point? We can get drunk/socialize at a tailgate with a losing record.
Forgetting something? I guess we can celebrate when AU wins the NC since we'd have proven on the field to be better than the NC.
Yes it is what 98% of college football fans care about. A school like LSU that is constantly on the edge with winning one it makes it hard to swallow that we have to watch bama win them. FYI, I still cared about the NC when I had to suffer through Curley and Gerry. They are still my tigers no matter what happens.
So that's all that matters to you guys, win championships at all costs. Championships are the cherry on top of a slew of things that are in my opinion way more important.
