is a good recruiter and ambassador for our program. He is not always a great gametime coach, but at times he can be a "good enough" one. His success has always been dependent on the coaches and players he surrounds himself with. Love him or hate him, he is going to be here for quite awhile.
Is in a perplexing situation. He has to demand and coach up a team that is not doing the fundamentals very well. Now that the Tigers are in the SEC heart of their schedule, where lots of little things make the sole difference, it's not a great time to have to work on muscle memory and instinct. If Miles starts buying in to all this change in philosophy stuff, he's in trouble. He has to coach up the fundamentals and lean heavily on an identity of what has already worked and the talent that is there.
I don't know if I'd say "hawt," but he's not ugly. Now, Pat Fitzgerald, with those beautiful blue eyes, is really, really hot. As was Mike Shula.
... going to have to relinquish his hold on the playcalling in order for the tigers to have success on the offensive side of the ball. No playcard, he can wear headphones to look important, just as though as they are unplugged. Geta high "quality" OC hand him the keys, and just smile and wave after each win.
