http://firstread.msnbc.msn.com/_new...-sen-grassley-calls-the-president-stupid?lite ....now if more people find the courage to finally say "the emperor has no clothes on", maybe we can get over the biggest mistake this country has ever made....the election of Obama!!!
Chuck Grassley is a gentleman and, while I seldom agree with his positions, he is an intelligent and thoughtful guy who, if you read the tweet, was not referring to the Presidents intellectual capacity but instead was simply saying that the American people are smart enough to read through the President's political rhetoric as it applies to the pending Supreme Court decision. MSNBC is trying to make something out of nothing.
So, this graduate of Iowa State Teachers college, who has worked as a farmer and an assembly line worker thinks he is smarter about constitutional law than a graduate of Columbia and Harvard with a JD (Magna Cum Laude) and editor of the Harvard Law Review who has worked as a lawyer and a law professor at the University of Chicago? He's funny. lol.
May be funny....but, in this instance, being a Harvard Law Graduate don't buy you shite. Obama was wrong, plain and simple. Whether it was out of ignorance (which I doubt) or arrogance (more likely), he was wrong. Committing this arrogant ass to the dust bin of history will be one of the greatest pleasures of my life.
Not like it's gonna matter. The next guy is going to suck too if not worse. That's the trend I see, a downhill slope until the bottom falls out of this country.
Not because you say so. Anyway, what you said was that the President was stupid. What a stretch. What a sad, pleasureless life you must have led.
...Oh to the contrary...I have lived and am still living a very pleasure filled life. I have seen this country do great things..and I have seen us do some not so great things. But, it always seems to balance itself out. Obama was one of the biggest mistakes that this country has ever made.....but, I will take pleasure.....lots of pleasure, watching the balance return to our great country.
Let's cut to the chase. Quoting Barack Obama: Your opinion on the accuracy of the President's reasoning, please.
