Watch it, there...debating/arguing is fine, but don't go around name calling - especially to somebody who has risked his life to preserve your freedom of speech. That's just juvenile.

You may think the Iraq war increases the chances, many others believe it decreases the chances.

unfortunately, i'm not witty enough to have thought of the 'cracker' insinuation, despite the fact that i hinted at his prejudice.

Well, I had a nice little reply for you there Chaos. I hit the wrong key, and now it is gone. Since I don't plan on redoing it, lets just assume something, I disagree with just about everything you said. Are you sure that I don't know you? You sure seem to think you know me.

I did see the stupid movie. I believe in knowing my enemies. I even went with a liberal Democrat friend of mine from work, who just happens to be one of the closest friends I have. He is also a black guy. I bet you thought I wouldn't associate with any of them. In my eyes, Moore, and those like him are aiding our enemies. Of course, they are our enemies, not his. He's not American.

In response to your Pilgrim statement:

    http://www.probe.org/docs/thanksqz.html

That statement means absolutely nothing to me, read below....

You know what is really funny. I do have a lot of friends like you. Contrary to what you think, I am capable of respecting someone else's opinion. Like I said though, it's all in how you express it. The liberal friends that I associate with are basically good people, they're just alittle confused on some of the issues.

At this point in our short history there are only two political parties that matter. The rest are sometimes interesting to listen to, but, they play no major role in our society. This may one day change. I believe that the democratic party is on a downward spiral. They picked howard dean for their leader, what does that tell you about their direction?

I'm not going to rehash all of the issues we have discussed. Let's just say that my opinion stands. Not even those biased web sights can change my views. Chaos, do you really think that your opinions are mainstream? Or that a lot (I did not say all) of mine are not? I believe that the majority of people in this country are good, God fearing, productive citizens, doing the best they can to raise their families in an ever more Godless world. I believe that any religion, even Islam, is better than none at all. Most religious people believe that there are consequences to their actions and try to live as good of a life here on earth as possible.

They discuss the other side of the issues than those that you provided. I looked yours over, you should take a look at these.
