HR 1207 was a terrible bill. No firm is capable of auditing the FED. The standards aren't even defined.

What IF find disturbing is that only $200 million of the $50 billion that was allocated to aid in the mortgage crisis has been distributed. So, my question is, just what did they do to aid in the mortage crisis, if it was allocated to aid, why haven't they actually done it, or if the funds have been distributed just where did it actually go?
