The three important points we see in the unredacted portions of the affidavit:

1- trump was in possession of national defense secrets, which were properly marked classified, and didn't have authority to possess them.
2- trump was notified and warned several times that he was not allowed to have those documents, and didn't comply with demands that they'd all be returned.
3- after being warned, trump endeavored to conceal classified defense and other documents.
