Well actually we do know that. We know that because for the nth time, they were SENT TO HIM!!!!! The agency has already admitted this but your dumb ass just won't listen because it sounds better if you believe he secretly loaded them into the trunk and sped away. It doesn't make your "wish" any more true but at the end of the day the agency in charge of these documents SENT them to him. He didn't ask for them, he didn't demand them, they were sent to him and then they said "Hey,uh we need those back" which was taking place so just like the doj, YOU HAVE NOTHING!!!! Nothing on DJT, and nothing in your head. Just empty

 

GSA sent them to Mar-A-Lago. If they are in charge of disposition of classified material then we are in deep shit. Deeper than you can measure.

You don't know that. How did trump get the SCI documents moved from their NARA secure locations to Mar-a-Lago? You think somebody from GSA just willy nilly said "hey, we should send this to Florida for donald" without SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS AND ORDERS to do so? It doesn't matter if some clerk actually packed up the boxes, and some transit worker loaded them onto a van. What matters is WHO GAVE THEM ORDERS to do so?

And who physically sent them is all a distraction, anyway. As trump's own lawyers admit, NARA was in constant communication with trump to return those documents, and trump was subpoenaed twice. Statutes 18 793, 1519, 2071 say it's a crime to possess, conceal, and destroy those documents, regardless of how he got them. That he probably stole them by ordering underlings to take them is just icing on the cake, a double whammy.

 

No he packed them himself and had them shipped to Mar a lago. You’re so far up Trump’s ass you have lost touch with reality. Under any circumstance the records ARE NOT HIS but the government’s. If the government wants them back he has not right to keep them. Refusing to return them is just like taking them in the first place.
