i dunno the charges yet, but i suspect its lots of "obstruction of justice", whereby trump has committed no crime but the govt claims he obstructed their investigation.

obstruction is the thing they seem to want to try the most. that way they can investigate nothing, claim they were obstructed, and charge that. its going nowhere of course, except maybe directly to the white house.

well i can predict what will happen. trump will argue that these classified laws dont really apply to him, which is true, as president nothing is secret from him. and he can make anything not secret. and everything in the white house is there to give to him for his perusal.

the president can take a classified photo, and show it you if he wants. he effectively declassified it by deciding you can see it. his lawyers will bring up precedents of presidents doing this, and the jury will be trumpists from florida and acquit him.
